Face in the Clouds

Emma is an outgoing dramatic girl who loves to draw, color and create.  She drew this face on a marker board and I asked what was above the face and she said "clouds."

Snowman

Caitin (8) drew this picture of the Cat in the Hat to honor Dr. Suess' on his birthday.

St Patrick's Day

Emma (4) made a St. Patrick's Day card with her hand.  She did this all on her own she got out the paper cut it with some jagged scissors drew her hand on another piece of paper and cut it out and pasted it to the card.  Then she copied the words from a card she found.

Kyla's finger painting

Kyla is 2 years old and already she is a talented little artist.  She loves to draw people, faces and anything she sees.  She will sit for hours just to draw or color. Here is a finger painting she did with some green and orange and some glitter.

Noah finger painting

Noah is a four year old boy with lots of energy.  He likes to be creative and has an inquisitive mind.  Here is a finger painting he did with different colors but he just didn't blend the paint in, he left the paint with some texture by using his fingertips to make swirls in the paint.

Finger painting writing

Emma made this finger painting by swirling colors together and then she discovered she could write in the paint with her finger so she wrote her name.

Alex's finger painting

This finger painting was done by Alex who is a three year old boy who is a neat freak.  He didn't even want to do this project but I encouraged him to just make a hand print with both hands.  I suggested he squish the paint between his fingers to really feel the paint but that was out of the question.  He had to got wash his hands right away!

Monet

Talyn is seven years old she painted a picture of the Bridge by Monet.

Colorful Caterpillar

Emma (4) made this caterpillar out of an egg carton.  She painted the tops different colors, added antenas, some pom-poms and googley eyes for decoration.  Emma loves to use all the colors when she colors and writes on paper.

Tractor Mask

Tyler is a seven year old boy who is ALL boy!  He loves cowboy boots, sports and anything on a farm.  Here is his mask he made into a picture of a tractor and a plow.  He was a little disappointed that the mask wasn't longer he wanted to hitch the plow onto the tractor but he ran out of room.

Rainbow Cow

Emma is 4 years old.  She started making dots all over her mask when I asked her what her mask was she said "It is a rainbow cow mask."

Lion in a Jungle

Caitlin is an active 3rd grader who has an eye for art and fashion.  She made this lion out of clay and then built a jungle scene from a shoe box.
